A. LLP is licensed, and insured to protect you and your property. Upon request we will gladly provide you with our license and liability policy.

Q. Can they guarantee their work?

A. We back all work with a written warranty. We install all systems with a one year workmanship and minimum 10 year repair or replacement warranty on all fixtures, along with lifetime manufacturer's warranty on all transformers.

Q. Can they provide you with a portfolio of their work?

A. Yes, we provide our clients with a portfolio of our work to assist with the design and creation of your lighting system.

Q. What type of wire connectors do they use?

A. This is the most overlooked component of any low voltage lighting system. At Landscape Lighting Pro we will never install a wire nut of any kind. We only use weatherproof wire connectors that are virtually “foolproof”. Guaranteed never to fail!

Q. Do they offer maintenance and service for the lighting installation?

A. Annual maintenance is offered for every system we install.

Q. Are all employee’s covered under Utah state workers compensation insurance?

A. Yes, we follow all state guidelines and practice ethical business principles.

Q. What training and affiliation does the owner have in Landscape Lighting?

A. Keith has attended Nightscaping University and received a Associates Degree of Low Voltage Technology. We also are members of the Sandy City Chamber of Commerce.

Q. How many years of experience does the foreman have that will be working on your lighting system?

A. Our foremen have over 6 years of combined experience working with our clients, and receive daily contact at each job site with Keith.

Q. Can they assure UL 1838 rated transformers with lifetime factory warranty on all installations?

A. Our load balanced, multi-tap, stainless steal transformers are the best in the industry and manufactured specifically for landscape lighting use with a lifetime warranty.

Q. Do they understand voltage drop formula’s and engineer their systems to assure operating ranges of 11 -12 volts per lamp to assure maximum lamp life, brightness, and balance?

A. We train and reference every design in regards to this practice to assure a properly installed and designed system.

Q. Do they offer the proper beam spread and wattage lamps (bulbs) as the originally installed lamps.

A. No one offers the selection of custom selected lamps that Landscape Lighting Pro does. Each lamp for your project is hand selected for optimum performance.

Q. How long will their installation take?

A. Most jobs take 2-3 days for installation, from start date.
