At Landscape Lighting Pro of Utah, we want our clients to know we care about them. We make a potential client our number one priority as soon as they call or email us, we strive to help them right away. We all know how it feels to be waiting for a return call and it never comes, we are told often by customers how much they appreciate us calling them back.

We make it a priority to be friendly, courteous, and on time - we make sure we show up to a customer's home when we say we will. We treat our customers like they are our number one priority, since the truth of the matter is that they are. The success we've had in practicing our art and rising to become one of the most reputable Landscape Lighting companies in not only Utah, but nationwide, is entirely because of our customers. We don't forget that and treat each customer like they are still our very first client. Our clients are the reason we succeed!

Once we are at someone's home we discuss the project with them and find out exactly how we can help them find a conceptual lighting solution for their needs. We then provide them with a proposal and be sure and follow up with them and see if there is anything else we can provide for them or help them with in the meantime. If they decide to choose us, it is important for us to make sure we stay in contact with them. 

Our calendar is always filled up with the upcoming projects and installations we have planned. When a client likes our design and chooses to have us do their lighting, their installation is usually scheduled a few weeks out. During this time we stay in touch with our clients and make them aware of when we will be out. 

When our guys go out to install the project, they are friendly and respectful of the client and the client's home. They take great care to not disturb any of the landscape or the property while doing the install, If something should happen, if a disturbance of some kind should accidentally occur, it is taken care of immediately. We leave our client's home the way we found it. Flower beds are left the way they were found, driveways and walkways are swept and cleaned, and any debris is picked up and removed.

Our customer service doesn't end just because the installation is complete. We call our customers after the install to be sure they are happy with how it turned out, and that everything turned on and looks as good as they imagined it would. We want to make sure our employees treated them right and cleaned everything up as well. While we of course hope that there are not any issues, if there is ever an issue, we get out there and resolve it for the customer right away. Our customer service and commitment to taking care of our lighting systems doesn't end there. We also perform annual services, service calls, and endeavor to always just be there for our customers year after year.
