You’ve looked at beautiful images of landscape lighting and are ready to move forward: You want to have a lighting system of your own installed.

Whoa!!! Pump the breaks! The idea of a maintenance free outdoor / landscape lighting system is a beautiful sentiment. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as maintenance free landscape lighting. All 12V lighting systems require some level of maintenance & upkeep. 

It is absolutely possible to add additional fixtures to your existing system, but there are a number of factors that first need to be considered.

Under cap lights (often referred to as bench lights) have become a popular lighting solution beyond conventional bench lighting because they can do three things: accent a wall, illuminate a path, and define the borders of an outdoor space. 

Who says you have to leave the house to experience the best dinning in town? With the right light, your outdoor dining experience can be made both functional and beautiful.

Be it a pond, fountain, or other water feature, underwater fixtures can be needed  to create the right light.

There is a lot that goes into the technical side of how a low voltage lighting system works and operates. Recently a client asked me a specific question about the technical side of his system.
